Holistic therapy is a completely natural and non-invasive treatment, suitable for all ages, which gently but effectively works to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance to encourage the body’s own self-healing. Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation; it treats the whole person (body, mind and spirit), creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being. It involves placing the hands over the body in specific positions, allowing the “life force energy” to flow through from the practitioner to the client. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment, which lasts about an hour, feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Intuitive Light Body Reading

An intuitive light body reading is the harmonization of the chakras and aura using crystal energies. The chakras are the energy centers in the body through which energy flows, while the aura is the protective energy field that surrounds the body. Sometimes the chakras and the aura become blocked because of stress, emotional or physical problems. During a session, the energy flow of the chakras and aura are evaluated, imbalances and blockages are identified, and are then transformed and dissolved using the Litios Light Crystals. Access Consciousness Bars

The Access Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around the head that connect to different aspects of one’s life. The bars store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that one has ever had about anything. A session, which lasts about an hour, involves the practitioner lightly touching the bars points around the head.
